Sport In Mind's innovative exercise programmes are delivered in partnership with the NHS and are co-designed by people with personal experience of mental health problems and healthcare professionals. They deliver sessions to support the recovery of people living with mental helaht problems in the community and also inpatient care.

SANE is a UK-wide charity working to improve life for those affected by a mental health condition. Their main goals are to raise awareness and combat stigma about mental illness, to provide care and emotional support to those suffering, and to promote and host research into the causes and available treatments of mental illness.

Samaritans

Every 7 seconds, Samaritans respond to a call for help for whatever issue someone is going through. They offer a 24/7 helpline service to help those in need.

Rethink Mental Illness improve the lives of people severely affected by mental illness through their network of local groups and services, expert information and successful campaigning. Their goal is to make sure everyone affected by severe mental illness has a good quality of life.

PAPYRUS

Papyrus provide confidential support and advice to young people struggling with thoughts of suicide, and anyone worried about a young person through their helpline, HOPELINEUK.

Papyrus aim to help young people suffering from suicidal thoughts. They engage communties and volunteers in suicide prevention projects and deliver training programmes to individuals and groups, as well as using their influence to help shape national social policy on suicide prevention strategies.

OCD UK

OCD UK are there for the estimated 750,000 people living with and affected by OCD in the UK. They are there to support people through difficult times, right through to recovery and everything in between.

OCD UK provide information to those suffering regarding how OCD is treated and how this treatment can be acccessed. They are a recovery focused charity, with the main goal of supporting those affected by compulsive disorders.

OCD Action works to support and provide useful information to anybody living with OCD.

No Panic offers advice, support, recovery programs and help for people living with phobias, OCD and any other anxiety-based disorders.

No Panic is a charity which helps people who suffer from Panic Attacks, Phobias, Obsessive Compulsive Disorders and other related anxiety disorders including those people who are trying to give up Tranquillizers. They provide an extremely diverse and extensive library of mental health resources and profiles through their website, as well as campaigning for change to health services, legislation and employment. The Mental Health Foundation focus on building a society where mental health is everyone's business, taking a preventative approach to the serious issues that exist in society.

Men's Health Forum

Men's Health Forum focus on ensuring all men and boys are supported in whatever ways required. One of their primary goals is to help raise awareness and prevent male suicides which are all too common.
